作为helioxanthin (ACH126447)的类似物,Helioxanthin 8-1是HBV和HIV病毒的抑制剂,EC50值分别为0.03 μM和2.7 μM [1].
Helioxanthin 8-1是Helioxanthin的环酰肼衍生物,具有显著的体外抗病毒活性,对HBV和HIV的EC50值分别为0.03 μM和2.7 μM[1].在ds-tet5细胞中,Helioxanthin 8-1能抑制鸭乙肝病毒(DHBV)的DNA合成,平均IC50值为0.25±0.05 μM.另外,MTT实验表明,在诱导的和非诱导的ds-tet5细胞中,helioxanthin 8-1具有细胞毒性作用,CC50值分别为18±2 μM和45±3 μM[2].
