Oseltamivir Phosphate对H5N1和H9N2病毒具有抑制作用。在MDCK细胞中,Oseltamivir Phosphate的活性代谢物抑制病毒复制,其EC50值为7.5 ~ 12 μM。同时,Oseltamivir Phosphate活性代谢物降低神经氨酸酶活性,其IC50值为7.0 ~ 15 nM。 |
