BU 226 hydrochloride是一种选择性的I2受体的配体.BU226对I2受体表现出较高的亲和力,Ki值为1.4 nM,与对I1受体相比,对I2受体表现出380倍的选择性.此外,BU226对α2肾上腺素受体表现出较低的亲和力.在大鼠脑或肾脏膜中,BU226对I1\I2受体和α2肾上腺素受体表现出亲和力,对I1受体的IC50值为534.5 nM,对I2和α2肾上腺素受体的Ki值分别为2.7和6700 nM[1].在猪大脑中,BU226取代2BFI,Ki值为44.7 nM,这表明咪唑啉I2结合位点的存在[2].
在雄性Hooded Lister大鼠中,BU226(1.6-7.0 mg/kg)剂量依赖性地强效取代2- BFI,ED50值为3.2 mg/kg [3].
