牛肾上腺髓质22肽(BAM22P)是一种具有22个氨基酸的肽,是肾上腺髓质中Leu和Met脑啡肽前体proenkephalin A的剪切产物,具有有效的阿片类活性.
体外实验:在豚鼠回肠实验中,BAM-22P具有典型和异常有效的可被纳洛酮拮抗的阿片类活性.BAM-22P的有效性是Met脑啡肽的26倍,是乙内啡肽的22倍.BAM-22P在该组织中的IC50值为1.3 nM,使其成为目前发现的最有效的Met脑啡肽亲属.
体内实验:在福尔马林检测的第一和第二阶段,鞘内(i.t.)使用BAM22可降低以退缩和上举/舔舐之和测定的急性疼痛表现评分.这一降低可被全身性注射纳洛酮部分减弱[2].
临床试验:迄今为止,BAM 22P仍处于临床前开发阶段.
