ARL 67156 trisodium salt是一种选择性的胞外ATP酶抑制剂.在人血细胞试验中,ARL 67156抑制ATP的降解,pIC50值为4.62.在兔耳动脉中,ARL 67156(30 μM-1 mM)增加ATP的收缩作用并抑制胞外ATP酶,pKi值为5.2[1].在豚鼠输精管中,ARL 67156 (5-100 μM) 浓度依赖性地显著增加神经刺激的神经收缩反应,这是由于增强ATP的作用[2].在转染人类NPP1\NPP3\NTPDase 1\2\3或8的HEK 293T或COS-7细胞中,ARL 67156 (50-100 μM)竞争性抑制人NPP1\NTPDase 1和NTPDase 3,Ki值分别为12\11和18 μM [3].
在华法林诱导的矿化大鼠模型中,ARL67156通过抑制细胞凋亡,从而抑制主动脉瓣/主动脉的矿化并防止主动脉瓣狭窄.此外,ARL67156正常化参与存活途径的pAkt的水平[4].
