Adrenorphin (有时也被称为metorphamide)是一个内生的C端酰胺化的类鸦片的八肽,它是由脑啡肽原的蛋白水解产生的,广泛分布在整个哺乳动物大脑里[1]。它是基于最初在来源于肾上腺髓质的人类嗜铬细胞瘤中发现而命名的,后来在正常人类和牛肾上腺髓质也发现了Adrenorphin。Adrenorphin具有有效的类鸦片活性,作为一个平衡的μ-和κ-opioid受体激动剂而对δ-opioid受体没有影响[2]。它具有镇痛和呼吸抑郁的特性[3]。
